Looks like it's of military use ... Just a few metres from the reservoir.

The Chinese character is only written with chalk recently by hikers.

 

Concrete shed of unknown usage [????- ]

It's at the south-west tip of the Tai Tam Byewash Reservoir. There's no windows, only the metal door frame is left.
