Near Harcourt Road on the edge of the tidal pool, a vertical structure can be seen (in the circle). It looks much like a pile driver that is doing groundworks for the Harcourt Road Flyover. I believe this is the Mid-60s tower / chimney near Tamar [c.1964-c.1966]

1946 View from Midlevels

This photo is the same as Naval Dockyard & Kowloon-1949, but with much higher resolution. 

Regarding the looted house, a 1946 date is probably more appropriate than 1949. 

Below the boat pool/camber, a few Nissen huts are visible, but much less compared to the 1950's.
