This is an approximate guide to the buildings and remnants of old walls that remain from the original Kowloon Tong Garden Estate, which was constructed over the period 1922-1932. The map to which my notes have been added is taken from Hal Empson's "Mapping Hong Kong: A Historical Atlas" (1992), page 182, and is dated 1934. If you look through the trees, you can just make out a curved balcony, which is very likely a more recent version of the original. The building also appears to have a modern flat roof, rather than the original pitched roof. Whether anything is left of the original house on the interior is not known. <Read more ...>

Note the pitched roof, which appears to be very similar to the original (if not original).  It is difficult to get a better view of this building due to the high wall, so any other original features, if they still exist, are not visible from the road. <Read more ...>
