Japanese Tunnel at Black Point [????- ]

I was doing a bit of unrelated research when I came across an interesting EIA report (https://www.epd.gov.hk/eia/register/report/eiareport/eia_1252006/html/ex...). It seems that back in 2006 there was a plan to build a Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) receiving terminal at Black Point (https://goo.gl/maps/eTRsMMFojdxTUNu2A), though it appears to have been subsequently abandoned.

Japanese Tunnel Network "H" [????- ]

A large tunnel network with a shape like capital letter "H", there is 3 exits, 1 staircase and many junctions.

one exit MGRS: 50Q KK 10884 74957

Go there by following the ribbons facing south at No7 marker stone of War Relics Trail (Lion Rock and Ma On Shan)

Bricks for the sentry loopholes. More bricks are found inside the tunnel itself, and others have been found collapsed near the entry point.

Behind the loopholes, this branch of the tunnel goes deeper into Golden Hill. Fallen rocks can be observed on the lower right.

Japanese Tunnel at Golden Hill [c.1944- ]

Twenty metres below the summit of Golden Hill on the north side is a large Japanese tunnel network comparable to that found on Smuggler's Ridge. There are several entrances and at least two loopholes with brickwork to fire on attackers climbing up from below. Some sections have filled in and at least one rockfall was noted, but otherwise the tunnels are clean.

Anyone been ventured inside to check if the tunnel is really this short?

It is *possible* to enter the lower level of the tunnel here, but it's a bit of a drop (and squeeze).

If you see this brick structure, through the trees, you're getting close. Metal shutters for firing ports are still visible. The best entrance is behind the bricks.
