R E Jones, submariner

Thanks to Rae for this newspaper clipping that mentions her father, R E Jones, serving onboard HMS Oswald, a submarine. It says he was heading from Singapore to Hong Kong.

Date is a guess.

We're not sure of the exact date that the service was held. I've looked through online copies of the China Mail for July & August 1957 (Jones died on 7th July 1957), but couldn't find any matches. Either I missed it, it wasn't reported, or the service was held later in the year.
