Inside the circle is the Pavilion (at hilltop) of unknown origin. Bushes and trees are starting to grow, obviously no one cares for this area. High-rises were built closer and closer to the Tiger Balm Garden.
A building I stumbled across somewhere off the Light Rail between Tuen Mun and Yuen Long.
