Certainly after 1933, when the HSBC was demolished, maybe during the construction of the new HSBC, from Oct 17 1934 when the foundation stone was laid, and Oct 10 1935 when it opened. It appears that one of the 5 blocks of Queen's Gardens has been demolished.
