This is 523 Coombe Road, the Peak.  It had a 75 year lease from 1920 and was allocated to No 1 OSSC.

OSSC stands for the Ocean Steam Ship Company owned by the Holts.  Unfortunately I do not know the year of the photo-it is from an album either at SOAS in London - part of the Swire Archive, or at the Swire Headquarters in London.
