Hi Suzie,

This screen capture had been playing visual tricks on us.

For this scene, when you play the disc, are there any moving figures on screen?   Moving figures applies to visible people, animals, vehicles of sort.  I think there is a shadowy object on screen which might be a person.  If it moves then it is more likely so.

Please play it again and observe.
