On the very bottom of the picture (and building) is a sign reading "Tak Kindergarten" with the first part of the name outside. The Chinese name is visible, hopefully someone can read it and identify the location.

With help of tngan its identified now (Thank you). As its so close to Tiger Balm Garden the picture might be shot after leaving the bus or from the entrance of the garden.

Hi there, That would be Lai Tak Kindergarten, located in Lai Tak Public Tsuene, Tai Hang Road. The housing estate still stands today but it seems the Kindergarten is already gone. (https://goo.gl/maps/NCwp4) Thanks & Best Regards, T
