This should be Hanoi Road from the junction with Carnavon Road. A sign says: Tack Long Dis(pensary). Its still there (1 Hanoi Road, T.S.T., Hong Kong). The tree is also seen on Mike Cussans' image "Hanoi Road Kowloon 1970".
