The Waterworks buildings at the top of Borrett Road, usually referred to as houses, but they look to big to me, maybe they were administration buildings.
In the distance the service reservoir on Bowen Drive is being rebuilt, and in the far distance see the causeway to Kellett Island, this dates the image to c.1952 I believe.
