The original title of this image is " 政務司司長公館 Victoria House", but this is incorrect!

This is Victoria Flats at 17, Barker Road. The photo was taken from Barker Road upwards the ramp leading to the podium where Victoria Flats and Victoria House (15, Barker Road) are located.
