Soong family-251 Repulse Bay-1940-passenger list
Authors:

Passenger list extract from a Pan American Trans-Pacific Clipper flight from Hong Kong to Honolulu via Manila. The two young Soong girls appear to be from the Chinese government's TV Soong's family. Presumably the two adult females are escorts.

No doubt someone will be able to identify where 251 Repluse Bay was or still is?

I'm not sure about the address, but here's confirmation they're the daughters of T.V. Soong:

Married. Mary Jane Soong, 23, Wellesley-educated daughter of Financier T. V. Soong, onetime (1945-47) Premier of Nationalist China, and niece of Mme. Chiang Kaishek; and Charles K. Eu, 27, Columbia University student; in Manhattan.

Time Magazine, May 4, 1953

"Laura Y. Chang" (Lo-yi Chang 张乐颐) was the maiden name of Mrs. T.V. Soong.  See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T._V._Soong

"One married for money, one married for love, and one married for China."

Or something like that!
