...and has become rather overgrown while it awaits redevelopment (supposedly approved in 2013? I'm not sure of the outcome of the development application to turn it into a temporary kindergarten) along with its (also vacant) neighbour, 2 Dorset Crescent (which is out of view in this picture, to the right)
