Hi There,

Looked this up earlier.  廣寒宮海鮮舫 appeared to be one of the five floating restaurants started in the 1950s.  According to Chinese folklore, 廣寒宮 is the name of the palace on the Moon.

The five were: 漁利泰 (Yue Lei Tai)，全記 (Chuen Kee)，福生 (Fuk Sang)，廣寒宮 (Paradise) and 太白 (Tai Pak).

The RTHK link also talked about a book with information of the floating restaurant in town.
