This should be the junction of Carnarvon Rd. and Prat Ave. in front, and of Prat and Hart Avenues in the back. Therefore, the house in the center back should be
Prat Buildings. Update: It's Rose Mansion,And this is how it looks today (at least the junction of Prat and Hart Avenues).
