It looks as if this photograph was taken near the cenotaph in Central. I have a feeling that the officer leading the parade was called Macfarlane, but I don't know his rank or first name. (Andrew S)
I have just checked in my 367 archive and I see that Sqn. Ldr. Geoffrey MacFalane, was at Liitle Sai Wan between 1957 and 1960, so he cannot have been on this photograph. (Andrew S)
