Stone appearance: Cube shape, tilted
The words on the stone: "I.L.6666" craved into the surface (50% sure is I.L.6666 instead of L.L.6666.) After further reading, I believe it's I.L. as it probably refers to "Inland Lot".
Location: on the pedestrian path of Victoria Road, opposite to the entrance of Sai Ning Street, between the Bayanihan Kennedy Town Centre & HKSKH St. Luke's Church (Kennedy Town, Hong Kong Island)
