This is a screenshoot from another cinefilm. It appears to show an airport and some of its buildings.
Has anybody any suggestions, possibly Hong Kong with a year(s) I think the scene may be late 1940s or early 1950s.
I am also posting some aeroplane pictures from the same film.

Kai Tak Airport
Yes, it is Hong Kong. As seen here, the screenshot shows the Kai Tak Airport Control Tower and the Operations Building. In October 1949, Pan Am announced effective from November 3, the Company would inaugurate a Constellation service between Hong Kong, Bangkok and Calcutta on their round-the-world schedules.
