I read the story from Celia Hick (nee Collins) with great interest. Thanks Celia. The picture is from my family collection from HK and shows the Masonic procession Celia refers to. My father, Inspector David Stephen Roberts, is in the fourth pair from the left (front) and he is on the far side in a light suit. I also have the picture of the Foundation Stone.
