great photo. does anyone know what the building adjacent to Union Church is. it's in a few of the early 1890s buildings - is it associated with it?

Union Church
A recent RAS talk by Dr Brooke Himsworth covered the history of Union Church.
As that area became crowded they looked for a new location, and settled on the present site in Kennedy Road. That opened in 1890, with a manse on the site as well.
