Can anyone advise me how to find out more about Edward Stanley BROOKS, who served with the police force from the 1930s to 1960s.

He also married in Hong Kong about 1950.

Can anyone help?

Hi there

what do you know aside from what you've posted? ... just a quick look at a couple of sites and I've noticed policeman Edward Brooks returning to the UK in 1951 from China (HK) with wife Winnie, and he's also listed as a Sergeant in the Police Force on the Hong Kong War Diary list.  Have you tried the RHKPA - their archivist might be able to help.  I'm not sure that the Police Museum would have anything about him specifically, unless he'd been involved in any particular events.
