Is Ava Mansions the small block to the left of Branksome Towers, or the one to the right and below?

In either case, what is the name of the other block??

Ava Mansions appears to be the former site of Branksome Crest. In the photo, Ava Mansions would be to the left of Branksome Towers.

Thanks Moddesy, I thought so, I was confused by the demolition date of 2002, because it was demolished at the same time as Branksome Towers in 1973-4.
