Perhaps taken from Tai Hang Road looking down at Causeway Bay. Any confirmation?

Tai Hang Road sounds right - I walked down there a couple of weeks back, and there's the steep drop on the left.

I think you are right - if you looked left, you would be looking down towards the Government Stadium and South China Athletic?
