Yes, it is.

Re: Old Mong Kok Police Station
Similar view as seen here I think the location was near Mong Kok Road on Nathan Road.
Have I got the right police station?
Does this show the old Mong Kok police station between Mong Kok Road and Fife Street, or a building at the site of the current Mong Kok police station between Prince Edward Rd W and Playing Field Road? I'm not sure how to tell them apart.

Re: Old Mongkok Police Station
Hi there,
I believe the photo is showing the old Mongkok Polica Station. The photographer was somewhere near the junction of Prince Edward Road and Nathan Road facing North. The side street shown in the background should be Playing Field Road, as mentined by Harry. Phil has a screen capture from a film in his blog showing roughly the same location.
Thanks & Best Regards,
T
Thanks Thomas, that confirms
Thanks Thomas, that confirms the location.
I've made a Place for the other Police Station at:

I found a photo of it on Flickr, that shows it was a much smaller building than this one.

Old Mong Kok Police Station
That could be No. 6 bus, and the lower deck gave a good view of the front entrance. I think towards its southern corner there was another entrance enough to fit a small car but rarely used. How that big roof-top sign could withstand typhoons is a "local" wonder. The first time I rode a bike (20 cents/30 minutes) on Nathan Road was nerve-racking.
