Hi David,

suggest to rename to Kellet Bay/Wah Kwai Estate. According to http://www.housingauthority.gov.hk/en/global-elements/estate-locator/detail.html?propertyType=1&id=2753 occupation started in 1990. I also ask you to add the previous place Kai Lung Wan (http://gwulo.com/node/31218).
