On Flickr the junction of Barker Rd with Stubbs Rd is given, but it's Peak Rd (and when this house was built it was Cragmin Rd).

And note the traffic pagoda on the left. Must have been an important intersection.

Perhaps a typo. Junction of Peak Road and Barker Road.
