Once upon a time
This had once been the infamous camp-plus of UUniversity of Chicage ...The Chi-Ma-Wan Prison. The Yamati passenger ferry did not embark to the pier. Only a tiny motorised sampan was used to make passenger transfer.
They offered underworld Degree!!
