The site had been remodelled and is now being run by AMC. They just renovated the site again last year.

Greetings, and thank tngan for the update. Those comments were dated 2006 about it going AMC, and ten years later, they remodelled it. I don't know the real reason, low labour cost? out-dated decor? or a part of the plaza's strategy to draw in shoppers. Regards, Peter
