Dates are from Raymond Lo's description on the Cinema Treasures website. He also notes that "The theatre was converted from the former Land Office Building known as the Red House in Queen’s Road Central."

Hong Kong Theatre / 香港影畫戲院
Its Chinese name is 香港影畫戲院. Also according to Wikipedia, after the theatre was demolished, the first generation of Queen's Theatre 皇后戲院 opened in 1924 on the same site.
