Dr. J. A. R. Selby was born
Dr. J. A. R. Selby was born in Port William, Wigtownshire in 1900. He died at Cheadle Hulme, Cheshire on February 15, 1951.
He joined the Colonial Medical Service in 1930 and went to Hong Kong as a medical officer, later being promoted to health offcier (social hygiene).
In the 1920s he played rugby for Scotland.
