Hi moddsey,

I saw this one on Flickr, too. The sign says ".??? School of Economics and Commerce". A search on the internet didn't give results that would match. Some HK universities have schools like this, but they all started in the 1970's or later. Possibly someone from the Gwulo community knows something about it.

The building on the right is No.16 & 18 Austin Avenue. Maybe someone who can translate the Chinese could help identify the school

I think the substantial lot on Austin Avenue was called the Amai or Aimai Villas.
