I think an Elliot Battery gun
I think an Elliot Battery gun is visible top left of the photo, however I go back and forth on whether it is actually the upper Belcher Battery. Is the retaining wall below on Pokfulam Road or part of the battery earthworks?

I'll vote for the retaining wall being along the south edge of Pokfulam Road, with Elliott battery above.
