Quite likely late 1960's. The map shows the Stewart Road Ferry Pier (Wanchai to Yaumati Wharf) that was closed at the end of 1970.
The map is pretty over-simpified, but you surely will find the bar..

The harbour was reclaimed there and a new pier opened on reclaimed land in 1968. As the map shows only the old coastline, it cannot be later than 1968. As the Tonnochy pier also served Hunghom after 1963 in addition to Kowloon city, the map is valid between 1956 and 1963. The Stewart pier was built in 1956.
