Bill was the husband of Muriel, and father of David and James. He was in the HK Police and was interned in Stanley.  He retired sometime in, I think, the late 1960s when he was in charge of the District Watch Force.

William James Dewar Campbell born 8.7.1912 Hong Kong, enlisted HKP as A 134 on 2.3.1934, L/Sgt 2.3.1935, Interned as Married, Sgt 2.3.1943,Post War seconded to District Watch Force,Sub Inspector 1948, Colonial Police Long Service Medal 2.3.1952 in rank of Inspector.
