My name is Tim de Broekert. I live in Utrecht, the Netherlands. My grandfather (Tony de Broekert), his wife Maria and their 3 children Joe (my father), Anne and Dicky were interned at Stanley. They were part of the Dutch community. My grandfather and mother have passed away, but my father, aunt and uncle are alive and kicking. They very much support my research - this is an important chapter in the de Broekert family history.
