Broadway Theatre in Kowloon Bay was a re-development in 1995 of the former Amoy (淘大) Theatre (October 1987 - October 1995) to a triplex. The theatre started operating on July 11, 1996 until April 1, 2009 when it was taken over by Cine-Art House.
