This building is right next to the former Empire Theatre, later called State theatre (https://gwulo.com/node/36256). It is named Empire Apartments 璇宮大廈, clearly as a reflection of its location next to the then Empire Theatre, which was only renamed in 1959. The street address is No. 293-299 King's Road.
