This building was originally a school - the old name is still visible on the side of the building, so if you're passing by please could you let us know what it was? [Update: It was the "Chung Sing Benevolent Society School", see Tony's comment below.]
Today it houses the Bayanihan Kennedy Town Centre, a charitable organisation providing services to domestic helpers from overseas who are working in Hong Kong.

Bayanihan Kennedy Town Centre was Chung Sing Benevolent Society School 鐘聲慈善社學校
From wiki : 1956年於西環建成新校舍，直到1989年始遷入屯門區，更名鐘聲慈善社胡陳金枝中學。
Built in 1956 relocated to Tuen Mun in 1989
The Mt. Davis Social welfare society used the school for functions
