"Mount Gough is being very rapidly populated, and building is going on everywhere. The Spanish Procuration are following the instructions of their Master by laying house to house on thier lot, in the centre of the district. The have three now underway, and contemplate adding three or four more. Mr. H.L. Dennys is preparing two or three extensive sites near his residence on the summit of Mount Gough, and Mr. Chater has commenced a house near Dr. Adams' wll known residence, for Mr. Stewart-Lockhart. "
