James Peak is given in the Jurors List for 1902 as "Overseer" for C. Warren, Wyndham Street. This entry would refer to the period just before the company became C.E. Warren & Co. and moved to 30 Des Voeux Road. I can't find any other information about James Peak. He is not subsequently listed as being on the staff of the company.
