Former British Army camp located at Tui Min Hoi Area in Sai Kung.

Could not find many details about the camp, likely built around 1950. It had Nissen huts which were badly damaged by typhoon Wanda in 1962. A good aerial photo from 1963 can be seen on hkmaps.hk

In 1976, the camp was handed over to  to the Hong Kong Government. Works commenced in 1985 to convert the camp into a recreation centre with modern dormitory blocks and well-equipped recreation and sports facilities for public use ("Sai Kung Outdoor Recreation Centre"). (source)
