Sorry, forgotten exactly where is this one.  I did not walked this way last time.  But I am more inclined to believe it is closer to the light post then the Towngas regulators.

ck89, which grey structure? The one on the left is an ESS, whereas the other one is of Towngas.

Yes the grey structure is referring to the "ESS" stated on the map.
