HMS Charybdis ?
In this picture, the partially obscured pennant number on the Leander class frigate appears to read F7?. Given that the picture was taken in late 71 to early 72, this would make HMS Charybdis the most likely candidate since the date would have coincided with Charybdis's deployment to the Far East at the time.
