The next building on this plot was called the Sincere Insurance Building. Does anyone know the name of this building?

I wonder if this was a Sincere store because on quite a few images I have seen from the 1950's the building had painted adverts on the side for Sincere (先施公司). It would explain the subsequent naming of its replacement.
