A poor quality image.

Repair crew are sitting on a boiler's chain-grate which feeds coal into/under the boiler. The Japanese were operating the power station's boilers with wood instead of coal by the end of the war.

No 5358 Wing (Airfield Construction) group-October 1945

Part of the Airfield Construction Wing contingent that was diverted to Hong Kong after the surrender of the Japanese. They were involved in restoring essential services, ie electricity and railway etc.
