China Fleet Club Development Agreement was signed bewtween Hongkong Land and The Royal Navy to redevelope the Old Royal Navy Fleet Club in June 1982, Hongkong Land's first commercial development in Wan Chai.

Fleet House on the right with its curved facade was completed in 1985, previous  club members were also provided new facilities within the office building.

On the left Harcourt House, Hongkong Land had been holding the site in its land bank since July 1983. Construction work for the 28-level Harcourt House commenced in April 1985 and was completed in 1987. <Read more ...>
