Kimberley Road originally curved to the north just west of the junction with Carnarvon Road, joining Nathan Road where Observatory Road joins. It was straightened to its current alignment c1910

A series of buildings on (K)I.L. No.'s 542, 543, 544, 545 and possibly 541. The main building is a large terraced building facing Granville Road, with smaller buildings facing Nathan Road and Kimberly Road.

Looking at this aerial photo from 1931, this long building may have stood on the south side of Kimberley Road near the intersection with Carnarvon Road. There is some lettering on the top of the building but it is not clear.
