The house my dad built on Clearwater Bay Rd circa 1950 (no electricity, no telephone, on well water - location approximately 9 1/2 miles on southwest side of CWB Rd where the current Pine Villas was built when our family sold and moved in 1971 to the city.  Shown is the front of the house facing CWB Rd.

The house (on the right) my dad built on Clearwater Bay Rd circa 1950 (no electricity, no telephone, on well water - location approximately 9 1/2 miles on southwest side of CWB Rd where the current Pine Villas was built when our family sold and moved in 1971 to the city.  The houses across CWB Road were just being built followed by the Caltex Station in the 1960's which still exists today.

The house my dad built on Clearwater Bay Rd circa 1950 (no electricity, no telephone, on well water - location approximately 9 1/2 miles on southwest side of CWB Rd where the current Pine Villas was built when our family sold and moved in 1971 to the city.  The bus on the left is coming from Tai Po Tsai Village.  The houses across CWB Road were just being built followed by the Shaw Studios in the 1960's on top of the hill behind them and the Caltex Station which still exists today.  Remnants of the Horsetail Pine trees and Flame of the Forest trees my dad plant

Aimed at the over-burdened housewife rather than his usual type of clientele.
